Potomac Residence

Tasked with converting a raw, unfinished basement to a modern entertainment and gathering hub of the home, the first step was to listen and learn how the family lived. The result includes a highly personalized wine cellar and bar, a kids’ study space with ample storage, a full entertainment lounge with modular furnishings, and a modern guest suite. Floating ceilings, frameless doors, custom millwork, and textured plaster are complemented by mirrors to add depth and reflection of light creating a bright space that in no way feels “underground.”
