Mt. Vernon Tri-Plex

Part of a 10-unit luxury condominium project, this three-story penthouse was detailed with polish and urban sophistication. Overall project scope included all interior work—custom finishes, millwork, even the furnishings. Dark wood mixed with umber tones and leather create subdued modern comfort and warmth while soaring ceilings and large windows flood the transformed space with light.
