The clients, Bob Wiener and Bill Norris, want to transform their 2nd and 3rd living levels into spaces that reflect contemporary urban lifestyle.ìOne of the owners, Bob Wiener, is a well-regarded glass artist who brings a well-formed design aesthetic to the project,î says Ken Sugarman, CMGís Managing Principal. ìWe introduced the clients to the project architects, Wnuk Spurlock Architects, because we thought they would be a good match for the clients. The end result is a wonderfully collaborative design plan that is both sophisticated and modern.îWork is slated to start in early August.
