Washington, DC, October 15, 2011. CMG Construction Services (CMG) was contracted to build an extensive three-level rooftop entertaining deck for a large rowhouse in the Logan Circle neighborhood of Washington, DC.

We brought in Wnuk Spurlock Architects to handle the programming and design of the new outdoor entertainment space. They came up with an exciting and creative plan that will be simply spectacular.î

The scope of work includes the removal of the homeís existing rooftop deck and the multi-level membrane roof system. A new roof system and a custom-built steel framed structural support substructure will be installed in preparation for the new multi-level entertainment deck. The new three-level deck system will include an outdoor kitchen, a separate dining area, and two large seating and gathering areas.
