Washington, DC, November 15, 2011. CMG Construction Services (CMG) was hired to remodel the main level of a large private residence near the Library of Congress on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.

The scope of work includes complete demolition of the homeís entire first level. In its place, CMG will create a grand entertainment hall, a new bar area, a guest powder room, and a private hotel-style guest bedroom suite with private spa-styled bath. The project will require extensive mechanical, electric, and plumbing work along with extensive custom millwork throughout.
