CMG CONSTRUX created every element of the sophisticated transformation of this modern condo, including construction and all interior design. Custom built-ins, furniture, rugs, wall coverings, window treatments, and more all harmonize with the reimagined spaces—a puzzle of scale and composition—to highlight an extensive art collection in this soothing retreat. Beautiful points of focus arose out of design challenges, such as the statement fireplace and a wall of windows softened by a drapery system that opens to reveal bronze sculptures.
