Construction Management Group, LLC (CMG) recently was awarded a contract to renovate the historic residence of Nicholas Mattera, Jr. in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood of Washington, DC. The project’s scope of work will cover the complete renovation of the second and third floors of the magnificent historic residence including the addition of three luxury bathrooms, two master suites, and a new family/media room.
