CMG Selected to Remodel Spring Valley Residence
Washington, DC, September 15, 2011. CMG Construction Services (CMG) was selected to handle the extensive remodeling work at the large historic Tudor residence of Paul and Anne Gambal in the Spring Valley neighborhood of Washington, DC.

The scope of work includes complete remodeling of the homeís numerous bathrooms, which includes replacement of the homeís nearly 90-year-old plumbing system, the addition of a new spa bathroom with a separate large steam room, a new laundry facility, and a custom-built wine cellar. The work also includes the installation of hydronic heated floors in all the bathrooms.
