CMG Hired to Transform Master Suite

Washington, DC. April 1, 2010. Construction Management Group (CMG) was selected to handle the renovations of a luxury master bedroom suite in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, DC. Construction Management Group (CMG) recently was selected to handle the expansion and renovation of the luxury loft residence of Mr. Steven Spurlock and Ms. Karin Strydom in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington, DC. The project’s scope of work will cover the merging of two spectacular side-by-side duplex loft units into one large dramatic residence and the overall renovation of the newly merged dynamic space. “CMG is extremely pleased to be selected by Mr. Spurlock and Ms. Strydom to work on this innovative project,” said Ken Sugarman, CMG’s managing principal. “Mr. Spurlock is the founding principal at Wnuk Spurlock Architecture, and we are honored to be entrusted to work on his and his wife’s personal residence.” Construction is slated to start in early December 2007. Washington, DC. December 1, 2006. Construction Management Group, LLC (CMG) recently was awarded a contract to expand and remodel the New Hampshire Avenue Pharmacy in Washington, DC. The project’s scope of work will cover the expansion of the pharmacy’s existing retail space from 2,000 square to more than 6,000 square feet.
